I feel like 2008 really dragged on for me business-wise. I had several huge setbacks, all of which had nothing to do with my business, just personal issues that got in the way, and I almost gave up. Almost. I started working full time on my soap designs and business again in November with the hopes that I would have my store ready by December...but unfortunately I still had too much to do and frankly it would not have been a smart move. I've been working extremely hard getting ready for my Grand Opening Sale for this month and I feel like I am now finally ready! I sometimes get accused of being too much of a perfectionist but I just wanted to feel completely confident before selling my items to the public. I know I still have a lot to learn and I have so many goals and ideas for 2009, I cannot wait to get started! My store will be open by the end of this month so please stay tuned!
