It's Christmas Time

I've been working on my Christmas soap designs lately. We are in the process of moving so it's a little difficult, but I try to squeeze in time to make soaps amongst the mess of boxes. I haven't been able to post anything on Etsy yet, but I am getting ready for a craft show in December! I'm so excited, making Christmas soaps is so much fun!

I have a couple of pictures of some of the designs I've been working on. The first is my Slice of Fresh Snow soap. It comes with a surprise, but I'll wait to share that until it's up in my store! Another design is my Christmas tree soaps. I dusted them with gold mica which makes them look even more festive for the holidays.

On a side note, I have finally caved in and joined Twitter. I'm still learning but so far it's a lot of fun! I'm looking for friends..... :)

(P.S. Sorry for the bad pic quality, I've already packed all my 'photograph equipment'.) :)

Whew! It's been awhile!

I have been taking some time to work on my soap designs and now I am getting ready to open my Etsy store -- finally! I am so very excited! There are many details that I have been working on these past few months. I have really enjoyed researching soapmaking and everything that is involved...most people would never think that it takes so much planning and hard work. I'll be sure to post when I have my Etsy store up and running. Right now I am finalizing my logo and labeling designs. I also have a new and very exciting concept that I am going to try out for the holiday season. Let's just say that right now my house smells full of Christmas cheer and I love it!
